DietPower® Software
If you are unhappy with DietPower for any reason and notify us before your warranty expires, we will cheerfully issue a 100% refund (including shipping and tax) within 24 hours of receiving your CD or deletion message. We know of no other software company with a superior warranty.
Warranty periods and refund procedures are as follows:

Personal Edition: 1 year. To get a refund, delete each installation made with your copy of the program; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return any disks or documentation you've received.*

Consultant Edition: 1 year. To get a refund, delete each installation made with your copy of the Consultant Edition; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return any disks or documentation you've received.* (If you return unsold copies of the Personal Edition by the same 1-year deadline, your refund will include their purchase price.)

Classroom Edition: 1 year. To get a refund, delete each installation made with your copy of the Classroom Edition; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return any disks or documentation you've received.*

Large Group Edition: 1 year. To get a complete refund, delete all installations made for all members on computers at your organization and in their households or on their mobile computers; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return all disks and documentation that you and your members have received.* To get a refund of unused or unwanted per-member fees, delete all installations made for those members on computers at your organization and in their household or on their mobile computers; send us a letter, fax, or email certifying that you've done so; and return any disks or documentation those members have received.*
